Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aibusinessconsultantsgroup.com (the "Site") and any services, consultations, training programs, or implementation work provided by AI Business Consultants LLC ("AI Business Consultants," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, scheduling a session, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

Description of Services

AI Business Consultants provides consulting, strategy, training, and implementation services related to adopting artificial intelligence systems and automation within client businesses. This includes, without limitation, strategy sessions, custom AI implementation, training programs, and related advisory services (collectively, the "Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be described in a separate proposal, statement of work, or invoice, which forms part of the agreement between you and us for that engagement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or the Site at any time, with or without notice.

Eligibility

The Site and our Services are intended for business owners, operators, and professionals acting on behalf of a business. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific engagement, payment for Services is due in full upfront before work begins. Pricing, invoicing, and any payment schedule for a specific engagement will be set out in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or invoice provided to you before the engagement begins.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any fees, including applicable taxes, associated with your engagement. Late or failed payments may result in a pause or termination of Services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because our Services involve dedicated time, strategy work, and resource allocation on our part, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable once an engagement has begun, except where required by applicable law.

If you need to reschedule a strategy session or training date, please contact us as far in advance as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a new time.

Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver effective Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information reasonably requested for your engagement
Designate a point of contact with the authority to make decisions on behalf of your business, where applicable
Use any strategies, systems, training materials, or recommendations we provide in a lawful manner and in compliance with any platform, vendor, or regulatory requirements that apply to your business

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, training materials, and the "AI Business Consultants" name and branding — is owned by or licensed to AI Business Consultants LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific engagement, any custom deliverables, systems, or documentation created specifically for you as part of a paid engagement are licensed to you for use in your business upon full payment; our underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and general know-how remain our property and may be reused by us for other clients.

Confidentiality

In the course of an engagement, we may exchange confidential business information with each other. Both parties agree to use reasonable care to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for purposes related to the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, cost savings, or results from any strategy, system, or recommendation we provide — results depend on many factors outside our control, including how recommendations are implemented.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Business Consultants LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement will not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific engagement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Business Consultants LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your business's use of any strategy, system, or recommendation we provide.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where eligible. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or an ongoing engagement if you violate these Terms. Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as described in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution — will continue to apply after termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site or our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
